# Add or Delete a Schedule

1.  To visit the Schedule section: 
    *   Click on the **Company** card on the Wobot dashboard, or 
    *   Select the **Setting** icon on the left panel **>** Select **Schedules** from the submenu**.**
2.  To add Schedule:
    *   Tap ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/7e97f85381a65400/d76785ea-0a9a-4bc5-8f1c-6dcdf8_1tx23f2.png) 
    *   Enter a schedule name, runtime, and duration of your schedule. 
    *   After you fill in all the information, click ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/229e919ebe8bce00/9c6884c3-0ce7-4fce-9c4b-c1626d_wxj42s.png) to save your settings.  
          
        
3.  To delete a schedule:  
    *   Tap ![](https://help.wobot.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/PNG%20BUTTONS/Grey%20Buttons/button_delete.png?width=37&name=button_delete.png) **Delete** icon under the Action column for the schedule you want to delete. **>** Select ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/39189f6f5427b800/2de037d1-261e-4632-8626-45566a_1bldcrr.png) to confirm and delete.
    *   To delete multiple schedules, tick the checkbox next to the name of the schedules you want to delete **>** Now click ![](https://help.wobot.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/PNG%20BUTTONS/Grey%20Buttons/button%20(10).png?width=81&name=button%20(10).png) on the top horizontal bar **>** Select ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/3a827b287c3c2c00/f4644c4a-fcea-4ca6-aadb-f9fd01_6bedes.png) to confirm and delete.
