# How can a Supervisor or a Person-in-charge Raise a Ticket?

You can **raise a ticket** following these simple steps- 

* Click on **“Task tagging”** from the homepage. 
* You will be redirected to the **“Playback”** section 
* Click on “Preview and tag” for any task for which you want to raise a ticket. 
* To tag a violation or a compliance event on any video frame, click on the **'Capture'** button. You can also click on the **‘Capture’** button multiple times to record numerous anomalies/compliance events. 
* All the tickets you have raised will show under the video in the **‘Current Log’** section. 
* To submit these tickets, please click on **‘Submit’**.
