# How to Close a Ticket?

You can close a ticket following these simple steps:

* Go to the **“Tickets”** section. 
* Click on **“open tickets”**. 
* Select and click on the tickets which you want to close. 
* A new window with full details of that ticket will open. 
* Select the **“Closed”** Button and then enter the description. 
* Now click on **“Close Ticket”**.
