# What Information do I Need to Add Cameras and NVRs?

The following information is required for adding a camera or an NVR:

* The manufacturer name of the Camera or NVR 
* Public IP Address or DDNS setup 
* HTTP and RTSP ports to be open 
* Login credentials (Username and Password) of the camera or NVR 
* Channel ID for a camera, or No. Of Channels supported by NVR
