๐Ÿ‘‰ What are the access levels of different user roles?

These are the access levels for the following user roles:

  1. Owner
    1. Has access to everything in the system and is set as the primary user for the company.  
    2. Restricted to 1 user per company.

  2. Admin
    1. Has access to everything in the system apart from accessing subscription details and changing primary owner.

  3. Supervisor 
    1. Has access to tickets assigned to them as well as the executives they are the supervisors for.
    2. Can view camera details throughout the system but cannot add, edit or delete them.
    3. Doesnโ€™t have access to live view either.
    4. A supervisor is selected while adding/editing an executive.

  4. Executive
    1. An executive is responsible for closing tickets.
    2. Can view camera details throughout the system but cannot add, edit or delete them.
    3. Doesnโ€™t have access to live view as well.
    4. An executive must have a supervisor assigned.
