How can a Supervisor or a Person-in-charge Raise a Ticket?
You can raise a ticket following these simple steps-
Click on “Task tagging” from the homepage.
You will be redirected to the “Playback” section
Click on “Preview and tag” for any task for which you want to raise a ticket.
To tag a violation or a compliance event on any video frame, click on the 'Capture' button. You can also click on the ‘Capture’ button multiple times to record numerous anomalies/compliance events.
All the tickets you have raised will show under the video in the ‘Current Log’ section.
To submit these tickets, please click on ‘Submit’.
