How to Close a Ticket?

You can close a ticket following these simple steps:

Go to the “Tickets” section.
Click on “open tickets”.
Select and click on the tickets which you want to close.
A new window with full details of that ticket will open.
Select the “Closed” Button and then enter the description.
Now click on “Close Ticket”.
