What are Tickets?

When a detection results in noncompliance, it leads to ticket generation. It means that whenever AI detects noncompliance while running a checklist, a ticket is raised for inspection and rectification by the concerned people.

For example, AI would raise a ticket if it sees a person not washing their hands for 20 seconds in a restaurant kitchen.
