What is The Difference Between a Ticket and an Event?

All tickets are events. The difference between a ticket and an event is one between compliance and noncompliance. Every detection is an event unless noncompliance is detected, in which case it becomes a ticket. For example, the detection of an employee wearing a face mask (compliance) is an event. However, the detection of an employee without a face mask (noncompliance) would result in a raised ticket.
