What is The Turnaround Time?

TAT Turnaround Time is the timeframe within which a ticket raised for noncompliance should be resolved by taking appropriate action. For example, if the turnaround time is 30 minutes, you have 30 minutes to take action on the ticket. If the time limit exceeds the allotted time, the ticket becomes overdue.
