What should I do to resolve the issue of offline streams?

To resolve the issue, you may follow the steps below:

Step 1: You may start by stopping the WoConnect application.

Navigate to the settings menu of the application WoConnect
Look for an option labeled Stop Application
Click on the "Stop Application" option to halt the application's operation
Once you click on it, a popup will appear on the screen
In the popup, select the Confirm button to validate the action

This will effectively stop the WoConnect application. Now that the application is stopped, let's move on to the next step.


Step 2: Next is to quit the application from the system tray as well.

Locate the application icon in the system tray (usually located in the bottom right corner of the screen)
Right-click on the application icon
From the context menu that appears, select the option to quit or exit the application

This action will ensure that all instances of the WoConnect application are closed and terminated.


Step 3: You may now try opening the application again.

Locate the application's icon on your desktop or in the application list
Double-click on the icon to launch the application
A popup will appear, select the Yes button to continue


Step 4: Lets reactivate all the onboarded cameras.

Once the application is open, navigate to the camera section
Look for an option to activate cameras
Click on the option to activate all the available cameras


Step 5: Lastly, check the pusher service status.

Go to the settings section and check the restart pusher status
It should be green and in a connected state
