Go-to Guide for Adding a Camera

To access the Camera section:
Hover over the WoCam icon > Select Cameras. Here, you will see a list of all the added Cameras.

Tab + Add Camera on the top right of the page.

Next, once the popup appears, fill in the Camera Details, Access Credentials, Location of your Camera, and set the Alert mechanism. You would need the following details to add your camera:
Camera name - Provide a relevant name for the view of your camera.
Manufacturer name - Select the manufacturer name of the camera from the drop-down menu.
Public IP address - Enter the Public IP address of the camera.
RTSP port- You need to enter the RTSP port. RTSP port needs to be open on the Public IP.
In the Username and Password field, enter the access credentials of your IP camera.
Channel ID - Channel ID refers to the camera number in your NVR. If you’re adding an IP camera, it is by default 1.
Add to Location - Select the Region & City from the first drop-down menu and then select the Branch from the next drop-down menu.
Notification Settings - Enter the time duration (in minutes) and Email Address to receive an email notification whenever the camera goes offline for more than the mentioned time duration.

Finally, select Add Camera to save/add your camera to your Account
