Working with The Ticket Details Page

To locate your ticketing details page, navigate to the ticketing card on your dashboard or click the tickets item on the left navigation panel.



Once here, apply the filter or locate the ticket for which you want the details.



Click on the ticket name, and it will open in a new tab.



The ticket details page is a comprehensive look at a violation. The first card on this page gives you the task's name, the checklist it belongs to, the camera, the location, the city, and the incident time.



The additional details card gives you the status, the person the ticket is assigned to at the ticket creation stage, and closing information.



The third card shows you the activity log and enables you to add a comment to the ticket.



The following section contains the media of the violation.

In addition, it includes a screenshot of the footage and the video footage itself from where the screenshot is. This section can help you identify the violation and review the footage.



To change the status of a ticket, you can use the button on the top right corner. Simply Click on the close ticket. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to add additional details of the action taken against the violation. Enter the details and click on the update button.



Once you do, you will notice that the close ticket button has changed to reopen the ticket. If you wish to reopen this ticket, click on reopen the ticket button. A confirmation popup will appear. Click yes to reopen the ticket.



The delete button right next to it will delete the ticket.

There are two ways to delete a ticket. First, you can either delete it from the ticketing dashboard. Here, select the checkbox next to the name of all tickets that you want to delete.

Press the delete icon on the top of the page.



Alternatively, if you are on the ticket details page, you can delete the ticket by clicking on the delete button on the top right corner of your screen.



All these actions help you gain complete control of the violations and ticketing for your business.
