When Should You Change Your Password?

How to change?

To change your password, click the Profile Initials and select 👤 Account Settings label from the drop-down menu.


On the profile info page, click the Update Password hyperlink.

Input the Current password, set a strong New password, Confirm new password. Tap the 👁️‍🗨️ icon to see, match the entered password, and click Update Password

✍ Note: Password must be 8-20 characters long with at least one uppercase, one lowercase and a number. Owners and Admins can also update passwords for other users. Passwords should ideally be changed only by the respective users themselves.

How to recover?

In case you forgot your password, you can't recover an old one, however, can set a new password on your own using the following instructions.

Go to wobot.ai login page: https://app.wobot.ai/login and click the Forgot Password? hyperlink.

Enter the email address that was used to sign up with Wobot.ai and click Send Email

Enter the 4 digit code sent to the e-mail address, and click Verify Code


✍ Note: Please check your spam mailbox as well in case you don't see any mail from our support team.

Upon successful verification of OTP, create a New Password and Confirm again. Tap the 👁️‍🗨️ icon to see, match the entered password, and click Change Password to save your choice.

A confirmation message will be displayed to show that your password has changed successfully. Click Return to Sign in to log in to your account.
