What should I do to resolve the issue of offline streams?

To resolve the issue, you may follow the steps below:

Step 1: You may start by stopping the WoConnect application.

Navigate to the settings menu of the application WoConnect
Look for an option labeled ${color}[#3766e8](Stop Application)
Click on the "Stop Application" option to halt the application's operation
Once you click on it, a popup will appear on the screen
In the popup, select the ${color}#3766e8 button to validate the action

This will effectively stop the WoConnect application. Now that the application is stopped, let's move on to the next step.

Step 2: Next is to quit the application from the system tray as well.

Locate the application icon in the system tray (usually located in the bottom right corner of the screen)
Right-click on the application icon
From the context menu that appears, select the option to quit or exit the application

This action will ensure that all instances of the WoConnect application are closed and terminated.

Step 3: You may now try opening the application again.

Locate the application's icon on your desktop or in the application list
Double-click on the icon to launch the application
A popup will appear, select the ${color}#3766e8 button to continue

Step 4: Lets reactivate all the onboarded cameras.

Once the application is open, navigate to the camera section
Look for an option to activate cameras
Click on the option to activate all the

What is WoConnect?

WoConnect

is an application that helps users to connect the DVR/NVRs available in their private network to their Wobot AI account. It routes the camera feeds from DVR/NVRs to the Wobot application. After setting up the WoConnect application, users can access these feeds from their Wobot account.

Overview of System + Product Features

Onboard local NVR without public IP. These cameras can then be used to set up tasks and see live views via Dashboard.
Auto search NVR in your local network if you forget or don’t know the local IP
Login supported via Owner, Admin and Service Account
App follows the plan-based camera limit similar to the dashboard
The App keeps relaying the feed (24/7) to the Cloud Media server continuously for the cameras added
Activate, Deactivate or Delete the NVR (will affect all the cameras connected to that NVR)
Use refetch cameras from the NVR details page to fetch any new active camera in the NVR
App checks for new updates at app startup. This can also be triggered manually inside the app

Access the Checklist to Pick Tasks from Pre-made Templates

👉 To access the Checklists section

Click the Tasks Card from the Homepage ${color}#3766e8

Hover over the Tasks icon, and select Tasks to see the list of all configured tasks on your Wobot.ai account.

Click + Add Task to view the pre-defined Checklist Template.
Select your Industry to view the corresponding checklists.
Tap on the Checklist Name to view the list of tasks for that Checklist, and select Individual Tasks to get more information.
Select the Task you want to run from the list, and tab ✈️ Automate Now
Configure the task for the desired camera, location, and schedule.

Manage a Task

👉 To visit the Tasks page:

Click the Tasks Card from the Homepage ${color}#3766e8

Hover over the Tasks icon, and select Tasks to see the list of all configured tasks on your Wobot.ai account.

From the list, you can select the one you wish to manage by tapping on it.
Now you can 🖉 Edit, ◾ Stop, ▶️ Start, 🗑️ Delete task for all your locations and schedules. ${frame}

👉 To ${color}#3766e8 a task:

Choose the location, tap 🖉 Edit icon, and make the desired edits on the configuration page.

👉 To ${color}#3766e8 a task from running:

Choose the location, tap … More Options, and click◾ Stop icon.
Once a confirmation pop-up appears, select Confirm to validate your action.

👉 To ${color}#3766e8 a task:

Choose the location, tap … More Options, and click ▶️ Start icon.
Once a confirmation pop-up appears, select Confirm to validate your action.

👉 To ${color}#ff0000 a task:

Choose the location, tap … More Options , and click 🗑️ Delete icon.
